  10 Generation Charts  Very useful - have used my first one as a working copy, now got a new one to make a good copy with all the verified information.   Excellent customer service  I had to make some adjustments to the family tree file prior to printing. I'm of the generation where technology can be a bit of a challenge, but the team were helpful, patient and kind. The finished products were despatched and received within days.   Excellent service  Many many thanks for such a prompt, friendly and helpful service - I had clearly made a number of errors in building my family tree so when I uploaded it to you to print, it needed to be tidied up.
