This latest and long-awaited version of Family Historian is a great update for enthusiasts of the program. Packed with new features the experienced user has much to explore but importantly the program has not lost any of its old functionality and new users may enjoy using it for the first time knowing that it will always deliver as and when they get further involved in their family history.

Email and Telephone support for 1 yearSupport by My History is limited to telephone, email and in extreme cases, remote logging in (with your permission) to your computer. Help will often be provided by help sheets emailed to you after we have learnt about a specific problem you have encountered.
Support is restricted to the use of Family Historian 7 and will not cover issues with operations systems. Support is only offered for installations on standard Windows 10/11 computers and specifically excludes other operating systems such as Linux, and Linux or MAC computers emulating Windows 10/11. Support is only available to customers of My History who have purchased the pack detailed here. For help with advanced user issues we reserve the right to direct customers towards the appropriate pages on the 'Family Historian User Group' where expert assistance is available online. We do not support the program when it has been bought through other sales channels.
Internet Access Required: Software is downloaded from the internet. Internet access is also required for online activation.
