The Directory contains nearly 500 pages and comprises: Preface & Indexes; Post Office Information; Places of Worship; General Information; Directory Supplement; Street Directory; Alphabetical Names Directory; Trades Directory. Also the larger towns of the county such as Barnet, Hertford and Watford all have their own residents and profession directories. There are Contemporary Advertisements throughout.
