(Supplied on a CD) The copy of the directory used for scanning is disbound and has obviously had a hard life with some damage and dirty marks to some pages. Also, as with many of these directories, the map is missing. However, none of the damage makes any page illegible and all 779 scanned pages (plus cover) are easily readable.
